Choi Ji Woo Picks Actresses She’d Like to Do “Youth Over Flowers” With

Actress Choi Ji Woo, famous for her roles in dramas such as “Winter Sonata” and “Stairway to Heaven,” has recently won over audiences for her appearances in variety, notably tvN’s “Grandpas Over Flowers” and “Three Meals a Day.”

Her appearance on “Grandpas Over Flowers” was such a hot topic that all of the clothes she wore on the show sold out in stores. “Those were my own clothes,” Choi Ji Woo said in an interview. “It wasn’t something the stylists picked out for me. I picked it out and then I washed it every night. Of course normally I go along with what my stylists choose. I’ve had the same stylist for 20 years.”

The current “Youth Over Flowers” program showcases a group of celebrities, often friends or colleagues, being taken (often by surprise) to exotic locations such as Iceland and Africa. When asked who she would like to do the program with, Choi Ji Woo answered, “Yoo Ho Jung and Oh Yeon Soo. Simply put, we’re really close. We behave like real sisters. After them, I think it would be difficult to meet someone else I can tell everything to. I would also like to go with Kim Tae Hee.”
