9MUSES' Kyungri Describes the Differential Treatment She Experienced at Her Agency

During the February 10 broadcast of KBS‘ “Gold Medal Duty,” 9MUSES‘ Kyungri expressed her dissatisfaction with Star Empire Entertainment‘s CEO, Shin Joo Hak.

Kyungri revealed, “My company president, Shin Joo Hak, does not reciprocate my greetings. When I say ‘Hello,’ he does not acknowledge me.” She further complained, “However, I don’t think he does that to Kwanghee, Im Siwan, and Park Hyung Sik. He even bought a bag for Kwanghee. I would be happy even if he would only just greet me with a smile.”

During the show, members of TWICE also complained about their company CEO. They said, “Park Jin Young promised us that he would buy us food when we debuted but yesterday was our 100th day since our debut, and he still hasn’t treated us. I wish he would hurry up and treat us.” TWICE revealed that they wanted to eat “jokbal,” which is braised Korean pig feet.

It is likely that the show was filmed before, because Park Jin Young recently revealed a picture in which is he shown eating out with TWICE.

“Gold Medal Duty” is a Lunar New Year special variety show that aimed to test if celebrities are remaining steadfast to their duty as entertainers. AOA‘s Jimin, EXID‘s Hani, and GFRIEND‘s Yoojoo were some of the other female idols that appeared during this special Lunar New Year’s broadcast.
