Red Velvet Chosen as New Models for Cosmetics Brand the Saem

Red Velvet has been revealed as the new face of cosmetics brand The Saem.

The five-member girl group is set to promote the brand as their new “Global Eco Stars,” following in the footsteps of previous top star models including G-Dragon and SHINee.

Regarding their motivation for going with Red Velvet, a representative of The Saem explained, “We believe that Red Velvet’s positive energy and healthy fresh image is a good fit for our global eco concept.”
The first commercial film shoot featuring Red Velvet took place earlier this month, and apparently the staff members were more than happy to work with the new models with beautiful skin and a positive attitude.

The ad film will start airing on TV in early March.
