39-Year-Old Actor Shim Hyung Tak Gets Two-Year Dating Ban From Agency

On February 20, KBS‘s “Entertainment Weekly” sat down for an interview with the cast of “Five Children.”

In the drama, Shim Hyung Tak plays the younger brother of Ahn Jae Wook‘s character. Upon asked about his thoughts of working with Ahn Jae Wook, Shim Hyung Tak said, “I’ve been a ‘forever’ fan of Ahn Jae Wook and to meet him is an honor.” He then tried to recall one of Ahn Jae Wook’s famous dramas, “Star In My Heart,” mistakenly calling it “Star That Is In Your Heart.”

Shim Hyung Tak then went on to talk about a recent dating ban his agency placed on him. He revealed, “My agency told me to not date for two years. I’ve been with this company for 10 years so I don’t know why they are doing this now.”
