EXO's Suho Reveals How D.O Supports His Acting
On February 24, a press conference for the movie “Glory Day” (also known as “One Way Trip”) was held at CGV in Apgujeong, Seoul. Besides director Choi Jung Ryeol, actors Ji Soo, EXO‘s Suho, Ryu Jun Yeol, and Kim Hee Chan also attended.
When asked about whether he received any acting advice from his fellow EXO member D.O, Suho explains, “I normally watch movies with D.O often, and we talk about acting a lot too. However, because he knows that I’m an acting major, he doesn’t necessarily give me any specific advice. It’s more of an atmosphere where he cheers me on. He usually says things like, ‘You’re doing well right? I believe in you hyung.'”
Suho will be playing the role of Sang Woo, who lives alone with his grandmother. Sang Woo is a mature and hardworking character, who, right before college, gets caught up in a whirlwind of a situation while on a trip with his friends.
“Glory Day” tells the story of 20-year-old friends who go on a trip together, only to experience a day that they will forever remember in their hearts as a day where time stopped. It will be released in South Korean theaters on March 24.
