"Descendants of the Sun" Off to Good Start With Top Viewership Rating
KBS2 drama “Descendants of the Sun” is off to a great start, touting top viewership ratings already and impressive chemistry among the cast members.
According to Nielsen Korea on February 25, the “Descendants of the Sun” premiere dominated viewership ratings for all Wednesday-Thursday dramas on February 24, boasting a 14.3 percent rating in just its first episode.
In second place was SBS drama “Please Come Back Mister,” which was behind with a rating of 6.6 percent. Third was MBC’s “One More Happy Ending,” with a rating of 5 percent
Meanwhile, “Descendants of the Sun” is renown drama writer Kim Eun Sook‘s newest work starring an impressive cast including actors Song Hye Kyo, Song Joong Ki, Kim Ji Won, and Jin Goo.
