Song Ji Hyo Reveals Her Thoughts About Being on the Chinese Version of “We Got Married”

With her appearance on “We Are in Love” impending, Song Ji Hyo sat down with Sina News for an interview on February 24.

During the interview, Song Ji Hyo explains that she agreed to appear on the show because she “sees this as an opportunity to present myself to Chinese viewers who may not know about me.”

Song Ji Hyo will be starring in the Chinese version of “We Got Married,” alongside Taiwanese actor Chen Bo Lin, and netizens from both countries are already showing a lot of interest in this couple.

She explains, “I’ve never been in an international relationship, but I think there’s no problem as long as feelings are understood.”

She also reveals, “Because I haven’t properly dated before due to being an entertainer, I still feel like I’m committing a sin when I go on dates with Chen Bo Lin. I want to enjoy dates like a normal person through this program.”

When addressing the topic of dating, Song Ji Hyo confesses, “Recently I went on a trip to France, and I felt lonely when I realized it’s been a long time since I’ve been in a relationship. I want to date someone who isn’t an entertainer, but since I’m always busy working, everyone I meet is an entertainer. So, I think dating at the moment will be difficult.”

Meanwhile, the first episode of the Chinese version of “We Got Married,” otherwise known as “We Are in Love,” starring Song Ji Hyo and Chen Bo Lin will air on February 28, on Jiangsu TV.
