Girls' Generation's Taeyeon Shares Photo of Hair Dye Job Gone Bad

Girls’ Generation leader Taeyeon has finally satisfied fans’ curiosity regarding a botched hair dye incident that forced her to cut her hair short.

Taeyeon had previously confessed on February 5 that she did not actually cut her hair because it was damaged but because she messed it up dyeing her own hair.

On February 26, Taeyeon shared with her Instagram followers a photo revealing exactly how the hair color came out.

In the screenshot, Taeyeon sends a photo of her green hair to someone who appears to be her hair dresser, writing “I’m sorry.” The hair dresser responds with shock and then with laughter.

Taeyeon captions the screenshot, “It is what it is” with the hashtag “#fail.”

Meanwhile, Taeyeon’s latest solo song “Rain” dropped on February 3.
