YoonA to Release Her First Solo Song Featuring 10cm

On March 9, SM Entertainment revealed that Girls’ Generation’s YoonA will be releasing her first solo song titled “Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway” on March 11 through various music sites.

This song is a part of SM’s music release project STATION and will feature 10cm. “Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway” is described as an urban pop song featuring the warm sounds of an electric piano and a performance by 10cm’s guitarist Yoon Cheol Jong. YoonA’s sweet tone and 10cm member Kwon Jung Yeol’s smooth voice will be adding to the charm of the song.

As for the lyrics, they describe romantic notions of a couple who walks alongside Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway. Despite the superstition that couples who walk there together end up breaking up, the song says they will never break up even if they walk there together.

Previously, STATION released Eric Nam and Red Velvet member Wendy’s duet “Spring Love.” YoonA’s song with 10cm will be STATION’s fifth release this year.
