Oh My Girl Members Are Honored to Be Compared to Girls' Generation

Though criticism was targeted towards Oh My Girl for their Girls’ Generation-esque outfits, they said they were honored to be even associated with such an influential group.

On March 28, Oh My Girl held the showcase for their third mini album “Pink Ocean.”

When someone made a comment, “Your outfits remind me of Girls’ Generation ‘Gee,’” the group said, “We just wore what our stylists prepared for us. This is an honor for us. Thank you for thinking of a sunbaenim (senior) we respect so much.”

Meanwhile, other than their title song “Liar Liar,” the group’s new mini album contains five songs including ones written by Sean Alexander, Darren Smith, B1A4′s Jinyoung, and Seo Ji Eum.

Through “Liar Liar,” the group will be holding unique concepts and performances to show the daydreams of a girl helplessly in love. Starting off with their showcase, the group will be holding their comeback stages on Mnet’s “M! Countdown” on March 30 and KBS2’s “Music Bank” on March 31.
