After JYP Entertainment’s official warning against malicious commenters pertaining to Wonder Girls member Yubin, an official lawsuit has been filed with the Suwon Police Department.

JYP’s statement came on March 19, strongly denying the malicious rumors circulating about Yubin. The company stated that Yubin and her family were going through an extremely tough time due to the comments, and that they were preparing to take action.

The official complaint was filed on March 29 against those who had circulated the rumors. JYP confirmed that the charges were filed, stating, “We will respond firmly without mercy.”
