Jin Goo Causes Chaos in China on Day of “Descendants of the Sun” Finale

Actor Jin Goo’s first official visit to China drew huge crowds of fans at the airport in Beijing.

On April 14, Jin Goo traveled to China at the invitation of Weibo and iQiyi for a special event where he would watch the “Descendants of the Sun” finale with Chinese fans.

Jin Goo, who plays the character Seo Dae Young, has seen his popularity explode in China along with the other stars in the drama and has climbed high on the Weibo popularity rankings. The actor arrived in Beijing at 4:40 p.m. on April 14 and a waiting crowd of fans cheered him on sight.

The crowds were so thick that it was difficult for Jin Goo to walk through. The actor smiled happily and greeted the passionate fans and even stopped to take a few pictures and sign things.
