Jessica Struggles Through Chinese Interview Because of Interpreter

A recent video has been making the rounds on the internet that show a difficult time for Jessica.

In the video, Jessica can be seen at an event in Beijing held on April 10 answering questions from reporters. Although there is an interpreter, she does not seem to be fluent in Korean, and so Jessica repeatedly struggles to answer the questions. The interpreter’s weak Korean pronunciation as well as weak Korean vocabulary ultimately results in Jessica asking, “I’m sorry, but are you our translator? A while ago, there was another person there…” showing her discomfort in that situation.

The press conference ends in a short five minutes. Although the interviews were difficult for Jessica, she maintained her professionalism to the end and brightly smiled as she left the event.
