Well, monthly magazine Woman Sense has released details about the star’s home in their May issue.

According to their report, Song Joong Ki currently lives in Bangbae-dong, Seoul in “S” villa with his family.

“S” villa homes are quoted to be worth 2.5 billion won (approximately $2.2 million) and have 226 square meters of floor space.

The villas are known for their luxurious exterior and comfortable interior. Furthermore, they feature an excellent security system and 24-hour security guard service.

Song Joong Ki’s neighbors include Go Hyun Jung, Won Bin and Lee Na Young, and Kim Jung Eun.

A representative from the company who designed “S” villa revealed, “We made the interior design minimal without anything superfluous. The best features are the luxurious finishing materials, high wall, and entry system that prevents outsiders from entering.”
