Cha Tae Hyun Expresses Feelings About Lack of Jun Ji Hyun in "My Sassy Girl 2"

On the recent broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s “2 O’clock Escape Cultwo Show” radio show, actor Cha Tae Hyun appears as a guest and talks about Jun Ji Hyun.

While promoting his new film “My Sassy Girl 2,” he says, “I feel sorry towards Jun Ji Hyun.” When asked why, he clarifies, “It’s because I couldn’t film the movie with her.”

He continues, “The fans were very disappointed, too. I decided to film this movie knowing that I would get a lot of hate, but I’m really sorry towards her.”

Cha Tae Hyun goes on to describe the difference between Jun Ji Hyun and f(x)’s Victoria, who is playing his love interest in this sequel. He says, “My character gets beaten up even more in ‘My Sassy Girl 2,'” making fans more excited.

He also adds, “This film has already premiered in China. I went to premieres and had to be on the plane six times in one week.” He jokes, “The country is so big that people wouldn’t have known it even premiered if I didn’t promote it like that.”

“My Sassy Girl 2” will premiere in May in Korea.
