2PM's Taecyeon Could Be Battling Ghosts This Summer In Drama With Kim So Hyun

2PM’s Taecyeon is in talks for the male lead role in tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Let’s Fight Ghost” (working title).

The drama is based on a popular webtoon of the same name by Im Inseu, and tells the chaotic story of an exorcist who sees ghosts and helps them to pass on. It is a drama with elements of horror, romance, and comedy.

The role Taecyeon is up for is that of the exorcist male lead, Park Bong Pal. Previously, it was confirmed that Kim So Hyun will be playing the female lead, the ghost of a student named Kim Hyun Ji.

On April 27, a tvN representative revealed, “We are currently in discussions with Taecyeon about appearing in the drama.”

“Let’s Fight Ghost” is expected to air this July.
