Go Hyun Jung Suffers Third Degree Burns; Plans On Continuing Drama Shoot Regardless

On April 29, affiliates of tvN’s new drama “Dear My Friends” reported that actress Go Hyun Jung has suffered a third degree burn.

They stated, “Go Hyun Jung suffered third degree burns on her hands and feet. She was injured while taking care of a personal matter, not during filming. She is currently under treatment and is recovering. Although she was injured, she strongly insisted on continuing with the filming. We are working on adjusting her schedule and continuing the shoot. This drama is a pre-recorded drama and since we’ve already filmed a lot of it already, her injury will not affect our filming schedule.”

Meanwhile, tvN’s “Dear My Friends” centers around lively, immature youths as they grow and learn lessons about life. It will air on May 13 at 8:30 p.m. KST.
