Wonder Girls Responds To Summer Comeback Reports

Hit girl group Wonder Girls has responded to reports that they’ll be making their return this summer with a self-composed title track.

On May 10, X Sports News reported that several sources within the industry have said that Wonder Girls will be putting out a new release this June, or at least by the end of the summer. The news outlet also reported that they will be continuing to promote as a band and not a dance group, and that they’re currently putting the finishing touches on their album.

In addition, they said that sources have stated the group will be promoting this time around with their first ever self-composed title track. Although the members contributed to the making of “Reboot,” they did not participate in writing their title track “I Feel You” on that album. It’s said that many listeners and experts have said great things about their self-composed title track.

Later on May 10, a representative from JYP Entertainment told OSEN, “It’s true that the members of Wonder Girls are working on a song and are currently preparing for a comeback. However, nothing has been finalized about a comeback date.” They added, “They are aiming to make a comeback this summer.”

OSEN also reports that the group is expected to be returning with a self-composed title track.
