Gil Talks About Approaching "Infinite Challenge" Members During His Hiatus

On May 13, during the press conference of Mnet’s “Show Me the Money 5,” rapper Gil talked about the “Infinite Challenge” members.

Since Jung Joon Ha auditioned for “Show Me the Money 5,” questions related to him were naturally directed towards Gil, as a former cast member of “Infinite Challenge.” The rapper reveals, “I met Jung Joon Ha only once during my hiatus. I felt too apologetic towards the ‘Infinite Challenge’ members, so I stayed away from meeting them.”

Gil continues on, saying, “It was the first time in two years meeting Jung Joon Ha during that preliminary round. I don’t know if it was because I knew how hard he’d worked to get there or what, but I started tearing up. I’m not sure exactly what I was feeling. I tried not to cry at the scene, but it was sad.”

Meanwhile, “Show Me the Money 5” aired its first episode on the same day, at 11 p.m. KST.
