Kim Go Eun Confesses She Thought About Getting Double Eyelids

Kim Go Eun has opened up about her monolids and her pre-debut thoughts about going under the knife.

On the May 15 broadcast of MBC’s “Section TV,” the actress sits down for an interview to discuss her latest film “Canola.”

When asked if she’s ever felt self-conscious about her monolids, Kim Go Eun confesses, “I thought about undergoing double eyelid surgery before my debut.”

“I ended up not doing it, and I think I made the right decision,” she explains about learning to embrace her natural eye shape, and adds how not even eyelid tape can create a crease in her eyes. “I have no plans to get plastic surgery. I like monolids.”

Meanwhile, “Canola” opens in theaters on May 19.
