G-Dragon Wishes Taeyang An Emoji-Filled Birthday
On May 18, G-Dragon took to his personal Instagram to wish friend and fellow BIGBANG member Taeyang a happy birthday.
In the Instagram picture, it appears G-Dragon took a screenshot of a video chat between him and Taeyang. He then filled the screenshot with various emojis like multicolored hearts and birthday cakes.
In the caption, he writes, “Happy Taeyang Day. 5/18.” Fans took to the post as well as Taeyang’s own Instagram to congratulate the singer on his special day.
Taeyang was born on May 18, 1988, the same year as G-Dragon, one of the many reasons for their close friendship. G-Dragon and Taeyang are also born on the same day, as G-Dragon’s birthday is on August 18.
Meanwhile, BIGBANG will be holding special concerts in July to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their debut.
