Watch: BTS’s V Reunites With Kim Min Jae And Talks About Crying At Concert On “Celebrity Bromance”

On May 26’s special episode of “Celebrity Bromance,” BTS member V and Kim Min Jae reunite to chat backstage at “Music Core”!

Kim Min Jae and V previously revealed their close friendship as the first pair of celebrity friends on the web series “Celebrity Bromance.” The latest episode first follows V as he arrives at the “Music Core” studio and rehearses “Butterfly” with his bandmates, and then shows the group taping a performance of “Fire.”

Afterwards, V meets up with Kim Min Jae, who was a host on the show that week along with BTS’s Jungkook.

V gives Kim Min Jae a signed version of BTS’s special album “Young Forever,” and the two guys talk about how V had bought Kim Min Jae a ticket to see their concert. “It was a once in a lifetime experience for you,” says V. Kim Min Jae laughs and says, “Can’t I go again?” but V jokes that he shouldn’t even dream of it. “But maybe if you do what I say,” he then adds. “I’ll think about it.”

Kim Min Jae says V got him a great ticket, and V reveals that he was looking for him out in the audience while he was performing, and had tried to throw a ball in his direction.

The guys also talk about how BTS had gotten teary at the end of their concert. “I almost cried too,” says Kim Min Jae. “When Jimin said he was grateful to the other members, my heart hurt!”

“It was my first time crying on stage,” says V. “We have a song called ‘Young Forever.’ When that song came on, I really related to the lyrics, and I couldn’t keep on singing. But I had to, because who else would sing my part?” Kim Min Jae says when he saw V crying, he thought that if it had been him on stage, he would have cried too.

Later, the pair complains about how they’re jealous of the other guys on the show who got to go on proper trips, when they just hung out together by Han River. So they come up with ideas of where they could go on their next trip, especially since V now has his driver’s license.
