Watch: Popular Child Actor Unveiled On “King Of Masked Singer”

In the May 29 episode of MBC’s “King of Masked Singer,” the “Masked Assassin” faced off against the “King’s Man” in Round 1.

The Masked Assassin’s voice shook a little during her performance and the panelists guessed that she was not a professional singer. Kim Gu Ra suggested that the singer might be very young.

When the King’s Man passed to Round 2, the Masked Assassin was revealed to be the child actress Seo Shin Ae.

Seo Shin Ae is a 17-year-old actress who made her debut in 2004 and has appeared in productions such as “Meet Mr. Daddy,” “Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho,” and “The Queen’s Classroom.”

“I sang once in the drama ‘High Kick Through the Roof,’” Seo Shin Ae said after her reveal. “After the recording, the singer Kim Jo Han asked me if I’d like to learn singing professionally. I’ve been interested in music ever since.”

Singer Kim Hyun Chul complimented her performance, saying, “You are good enough to release a solo album of your own.”
