Kim Dong Wan Explains Why Shinhwa Members Shouldn't See His Musical

On the June 7 broadcast of MBC radio FM4U “Park Kyung Lim’s 2 O’Clock Date,” Shinhwa’s Kim Dong Wan and musical actress Kim Ji Woo came on the show to promote their latest musical “Edgar Allan Poe.”

During the show, DJ Park Kyung Lim asks, “Did the Shinhwa members come to see your show?”

Kim Dong Wan replies, “No, they didn’t. I wish the members don’t come.”

He explains, “The minute I see one of their faces in the audience while I’m on stage, my concentration breaks. I really hope they don’t come. Hyesung comes to my shows without telling me a lot of the times. He wears a hat and brings it down to his nose. The only person I can see is him,” and laughs.

Park Kyung Lim then says, “I hope Shinhwa members do Kim Dong Wan a favor and skip this musical.”
