Eric Nam Reveals He Sang Guide Songs For INFINITE, Boyfriend, And More

During the June 23 broadcast of JTBC’s “Old House, New House,” Eric Nam talks about his life in between his album releases.

He confesses, “I wasn’t able to release an album for a long time following my debut. Back then, I earned a lot of my income by singing guide tracks for other idol groups.” He reveals that he’s sang guides for several of INFINITE and Boyfriend’s songs, as well as Teen Top and VIXX.

Eric Nam explains, “I was happy to be making music in some form. I still had fun because I learned a lot about music and singing.”

The singer also talks about how he contemplated returning to the United States, but ended up deciding against it because he didn’t want to leave without giving it his all.

His hard work definitely paid off in the end!
