Wonder Girls's Yubin Reflects On Diss Battle With Hyorin And More In New GQ Pictorial

Wonder Girls’s Yubin reflects on her experience on the second season of “Unpretty Rapstar” in her new pictorial and interview with men’s magazine GQ.

When asked about her diss battle with SISTAR member Hyorin on the show, she says, “It’s the rules and regulations of the game, so it’s fine. But yea, it was a bit uncomfortable because I don’t have any bad feelings towards Hyorin.”

“Other than exceptional situations like that, I think it’s more important to observe proper decorum,” Yubin emphasizes.

When asked about what really makes her mad, Yubin emphasizes manners again. “When people are rude. I’m okay with greetings. If you don’t know the person, you don’t have to greet them. That’s cool, but etiquette is important. Like when people talk to others in a domineering way, I hate it. I guess that’s why I’m not good at doing variety shows.”

Yubin also shares her thoughts on making a reappearance on “Unpretty Rapstar.” “I think the diss battles will be tough, but if they want me to, I can do it again. But more than that I’d like to try being an ‘Unpretty Rapstar’ MC,” she says. “Honestly, I do improve my skills by [actually] rapping, but I also learn a lot by watching. I feel challenged because I realize there’s a lot of talented people in the world.”
