Jung Hyung Don Officially Leaves "Infinite Challenge"

On July 29, FNC Entertainment released an official statement regarding Jung Hyung Don leaving variety show “Infinite Challenge.”

His agency said, “We are informing you about news regarding Jung Hyung Don who is currently taking a break from broadcast activities due to health reasons. Jung Hyung Don has made the difficult decision of leaving MBC’s ‘Infinite Challenge’ of which he was a fixed cast member.”

They continued, “Jung Hyung Don has always been thankful and has a sorry heart toward the many people who have been unchanging through waiting and sending support. However, his health is not full recovered to the point he can return to ‘Infinite Challenge’ and work normally.”

The situation was further explained through revealing that Jung Hyung Don had recently met with the producers of the variety show concerning his return to the show. Unfortunately, Jung Hyung Don was not confident about returning and worried that it would cause him more psychological pain.

Having been with the show from the beginning for around 10 years, it must have been a difficult decision.

We wish him the best and hope for a full recovery.
