Watch: "Scarlet Heart: Goryeo" Drops Gripping, Action-Filled First Teaser

With less than a month left to go until the first episode of “Scarlet Heart: Goryeo,” the SBS drama has released a new drama poster (above) and an intense first teaser.

Following the previous release of individual character posters, this one features the main cast all together: seven glorious princes and the single woman in their midst.

“Scarlet Heart: Goryeo” is about a woman from the 21st century, Hae Soo (IU), whose soul gets pulled back to the Goryeo Dynasty during a solar eclipse, where she finds herself caught in a power struggle of princes.

If the first teaser is any indication, this drama will be one full of heart-gripping drama, intrigue, action, and tragic love.

Lee Joon Gi says in the beginning of the teaser, “…a place where you’ll die if you trust another, where you have to doubt the ones closest to you to survive.”

IU: “How nice would it have been if we had met in another world, another time?”

“Scarlet Heart: Goryeo” airs its first episode on August 29.
