Park Yoochun's First Accuser And Accuser's Cousin Arrested

Previously, the police requested arrest warrants for Park Yoochun’s first accuser of sexual assault (hereafter referred to as “A”), A’s boyfriend, and A’s cousin.

On the morning of August 5, A and A’s cousin were brought into custody. A was arrested for charges of false accusation and attempted blackmail. Similarly, A’s cousin was arrested for charges of attempted blackmail.

They were placed under arrest due to the risk of them potentially fleeing the country. However, the request for A’s boyfriend arrest was rejected.

A first accused Park Yoochun of sexual assault on June 10. Following her accusation, three other individuals accused the actor of sexual assault as well. After investigations, Park Yoochun was found not guilty of sexual assault. However, the police forwarded to the prosecution their recommendation that Park Yoochun be booked without detention for suspicion of solicitation of prostitution involving one of the individuals.
