2016 MAMA To Take Place In Hong Kong 5 Years Running + More Details

The 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) will be taking place in Hong Kong for the fifth year in a row!

According to an industry source on August 16, the 2016 MAMA will take place on December 2 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, the same date and venue that housed last year’s ceremony.

“After confirming the location and date, Mnet has commenced preparations. This year, too, we will strive to put on a magnificent music festival,” the source says.

The Mnet Asian Music Awards is an annual end-of-year music award ceremony hosted by CJ E&M’s music channel Mnet.
