"Sister's Slam Dunk" PD Talks About Filming After Tiffany's Removal
The August 26 episode of KBS 2TV’s “Sister’s Slam Dunk” will be the first broadcast following the removal of Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany.
Previously, the show revealed on August 18 that Tiffany would be making a departure following the controversy of her SNS posts around Korea’s National Liberation Day.
“Sister’s Slam Dunk” did not air for two weeks due to coverage of the Rio Olympics. The PD (producing director) of the show has already answered questions about how they will be editing scenes including Tiffany for the upcoming episode.
After being asked about how the filming atmosphere is now following Tiffany’s departure, PD Park In Seok stated, “The atmosphere is unsettled but the production staff and members are trying to stay calm and make the atmosphere positive.”
The PD went on and talked about the unexpected success of the show and future plans. He revealed that the members will continue to help each other with their individual dreams and challenges. Also, the PD said that they have already started filming for the next member after Jessi (who will be featured in the upcoming episode).
It remains to be seen how the show will perform after being reduced to five members.
