I.O.I To Appear On "I Can See Your Voice"

Girl group I.O.I will be making an appearance on Season 3 of Mnet’s “I Can See Your Voice.”

The episode will air on September 8 and the subunit members of I.O.I have been invited as the guest singers. Before the filming, Kim Sohye said, “I really like the show. It’s an honor to be invited even though we’re still rookies. I will try my best and enjoy the experience.”

The show involves detecting tone-deaf singers and talented singers through their physical appearance, their age, their job descriptions, and their lip syncing. According to the production staff, Jeon Somi showed everyone a personal lip sync performance during the second round. Even though she hadn’t prepared anything beforehand, she impressed everyone with her energetic acting.

It is also said that the members teared up a little at some of the emotional performances, leaving many curious as to what will happen on the show.

The show airs every Thursday at 9:40 p.m. KST.
