Jo Bo Ah Thanks And Assures Fans She's Recovered From Encephalomeningitis
On September 8, actress Jo Bo Ah posted on her Instagram to update fans on how she’s recovered after her stay in the hospital.
She writes, “Thank you for worrying about me. I am healthy again after a very, very quick recovery thanks to everyone who worried and encouraged Bo Ah! I will work even harder from now on.”
The actress was admitted to the hospital on August 31, after receiving a diagnosis a day before for Encephalomeningitis, which is an inflammation of the brain and meninges. Despite being advised not to do so, she wrapped up filming for her drama on August 30 before heading to the hospital.
Jo Bo Ah is currently starring as Do Shin Young in MBC’s “Monster.”
Glad to see she has made a full recovery!
