Lee Byung Hun Plans To Return To "G.I. Joe" For 3rd Installment

Actor Lee Byung Hun revealed his plans to return to the G.I. Joe series for its third film in the series.

The actor was present at the Toronto International Film Festival for his film “The Magnificent Seven.” Lee Byung Hun commented on the upcoming film, saying, “I’ve heard from production that there are plans to make a G.I. Joe 3. The production team is currently fine-tuning the actors’ schedules.”

Lee Byung Hun played Storm Shadow in the first installment, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” in 2009, and continued his role in the sequel “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” in 2013.

The actor’s agency BH Entertainment stated, “When he first signed the contract with the studio, he agreed to appear in all three films. So if they produce a third film, Lee Byung Hun will be making an appearance.”
