Yoo Jae Suk Trends Worldwide Following Impressive Performance With EXO

Never underestimate the combined power of “nation’s MC” Yoo Jae Suk and global stars EXO.

On September 11, the long-awaited collaboration between these two hallyu icons finally came to light. During EXO’s concert in Bangkok, Yoo Jae Suk joined the idol group onstage to perform a brand new song, which is rumored to be titled “Dancing King.”

Shortly after the performance, Yoo Jae Suk began to trend not only in Korea, but worldwide on Twitter (at the time this article was written). While his name written in Korean (유재석) and his most popular nickname, “God Yoo” (유느님), were the two main trending hashtags, a multitude of variations were also present at one point, such as “older brother Jae Suk.”

As shown in a preview released yesterday, Yoo Jae Suk and EXO’s journey together will be shown from start to finish on “Infinite Challenge,” beginning September 17.
