SHINee's Onew Reveals How He Became Closer To DIA's Jung Chaeyeon

SHINee’s Onew and DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon were recently at the press conference for the upcoming tvN variety program”Go Go Mr. Paik,” where they shared a variety of stories.

During the conference, Onew revealed how he was able to break the ice with Jung Chaeyeon. “It’s the first time we’ve met. In the beginning it was very awkward, but luckily our personalities matched well. Because of that, we were able to quickly become friends,” Onew explained.

Jung Chaeyeon also shared her thoughts, saying, “Onew is my senior. I was definitely awkward, but as we shared stories, worries, and advice with each other, we became closer.”

SHINee’s Onew and DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon will be appearing on “Go Go Mr. Paik,” an upcoming global project starring Baek Jong Won. The show will be featuring many foods as they travel around Southeast Asia to seek a variety of local ingredients.
