Jung Joon Young Cancels Appearance At DMC Festival

Singer Jung Joon Young has canceled an upcoming appearance at a Hallyu festival following the recent news surrounding his alleged sexual assault case.

On September 29, it was revealed to the media that the singer canceled his appearance for the Digital Media City music festival. His band had been scheduled to perform along with other big K-pop acts, such as SISTAR and MONSTA X.

However, following the recent controversy regarding a video he recorded during a sexual activity with his then-girlfriend, he has reportedly decided to not attend the concert. He has also stepped down from his position on the KBS variety show “2 Days & 1 Night.”
