Heo Young Ji Opens Up About Being Cheated On By Past Boyfriend

On the September 30, Heo Young Ji was one of many singers to guest on SBS PowerFM radio show “Kim Chang Ryul’s Old School” for its 10th anniversary special.

During the show, DJ Kim Chang Ryul and Heo Young Ji take on a listener’s request for advice on first love.

Heo Young Ji responds by reflecting on her love life as a student, saying, “I think when my peers liked someone, they said so frankly and didn’t hide it.”

She also gets personal, sharing about a hurt from her past. “A past boyfriend cheated on me with my friend,” Heo Young Ji reveals. “At that time, I was so hurt that I didn’t [get into a relationship]. There are times when you need to take a break [from dating].”
