BTS Makes New Record On Japan's Tower Records Chart

On October 4, BTS ranked first place on Japan’s Tower Record Monthly Album Chart for September with their second Japanese studio album “YOUTH.”

This is the first time the group got first place for Tower Record’s Monthly Chart after debuting in Japan in 2014. Tower Records is the largest retail music chain in Japan.

Previously, BTS got #1 on Oricon’s daily and weekly album charts following the release of “YOUTH.” They are the first foreign hip-hop artist to get #1 on Oricon’s Weekly Album Chart.

Meanwhile, BTS is still going strong on music charts around the world. They are currently preparing for their comeback with their second Korean studio album “WINGS” on October 10.
