JYP Addresses Rumors Of Suzy Leaving miss A

October 3, a rumor surfaced on online communities saying that miss A’s Suzy would be leaving the group, which would then be reorganized. Suzy would pursue a solo singing career, and the group would add a new member from one of the trainees that had been on Mnet’s “Sixteen,” from which TWICE was born.

JYP Entertainment quickly nipped this rumor in the bud, saying that it’s not true. When asked about Suzy’s solo debut or miss A’s comeback, the agency responded that nothing concrete has been decided.

Earlier this year, miss A became a three member group when Chinese member Jia left the group. The group has yet to make a comeback after “Only You,” which was released in May 2015. The members have been active in individual activities, Suzy starring in “Uncontrollably Fond,” Fei releasing her solo album “Fantasy,” and Min joining Jo Kwon and Hyoyeon for a “Born to Be Wild” collaboration.
