Sulli And Choiza Join Crowds Of Protesters Celebrating At Recent Candlelight Protest

Popular celebrity couple Sulli and Choiza were among the estimated 600,000 South Koreans in attendance at this weekend’s candlelight protest.

Earlier today, the Dynamic Duo rapper uploaded a photo to his personal Instagram account captioned, “Love is everywhere.” In the picture, the two are seen taking a masked selfie among a crowd of protesters who are holding signs and small candles.

The caption reflects the celebratory mood that has taken over the weekly vigils at Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square. Earlier this week, South Korean president Park Geun Hye was officially impeached by the National Assembly.

The vigils, now in their seventh week, have attracted plenty of celebrity support. Among those spotted in attendance at previous protests are idol-turned-actor Lee Joon and Wonder Girls’ Yeeun.
