Red Velvet's Wendy, BEAST's Yoon Doo Joon, and Lee Soo Geun Land MC Spots For New Variety Show

Red Velvet’s Wendy, BEAST’s Yoon Doo Joon, and Lee Soo Geun will be MCs of a new tvN pilot variety show called “Empty the Convenience Store” (working title).

On December 22, a source from the show confirmed that Lee Soo Geun, Yoon Doo Joon, and Wendy have been selected as MCs, and announced that the first episode will air on January 13. This new show is planned to be a three-part program.

“Empty the Convenience Store” is a show that creates new recipes based on food you can get at the convenience store. It’s a cooking show and talk show combined into one.

While this is Wendy’s first time MCing a variety show, Lee Soo Geun is very experienced with being a host and Yoon Doo Joon previously was a special MC on “Weekly Idol.”
