Watch: Seo In Guk Says "BeBe" Was Inspired By Secret Love Affairs + "BeBe" MV Teaser

To celebrate the release of his new single “BeBe,” Seo In Guk hosted a live V App broadcast called “Seo In Guk’s End of the Year Present! BeBe Countdown & a Taste of MINT CHOCOLATE” on January 27 KST.

During the show, he chatted about writing and producing the song and its music video teaser.

“[The teaser] is dreamlike and colorful, and it conveys sexiness. I wanted the song’s vibe to be like that too. Like a secret love affair. The music video was shot with that in mind,” Seo In Guk commented.

He also talked about how the lyrics to his new song have some bashful moments but overall, it gets deeper and provocative.

The song’s not a confession from him though, so don’t worry! According to Seo In Guk, he wrote “BeBe” using his imagination and not based on his personal experiences.

“I enjoy writing about things I haven’t experienced. The lyrics end up sounding more poetic that way. I get influenced by movies and dramas to use my imagination when writing lyrics,” he explained.
