Singer Jang Jae In Remains Positive Despite Her Illness That Caused Semi Paralysis

Singer Jang Jae In opened up about her struggles with dystonia, a muscle disorder, that had sidelined her singing career.

The January 6 broadcast of the MBC show “Duet Song Festival” featured the singer teaming up with Yoo Jin Hyuk, a part-time worker at a wings restaurant.

Yoo Jin Hyuk opened up first, sharing about his battles with acute leukemia when he was younger. Jang Jae In offered her words of condolences, saying, “Mine is not that serious but I struggled a lot with semi paralysis. It was difficult when I was promoting as a singer.”

Jang Jae In looked at things on the positive side, reassuring him, “I think we have a lot in common that will help us communicate through music.”
