Song Jae Rim And Kim So Eun Have A Sweet And Unique Engagement On "Our Gap Soon"

Behind-the-scenes cuts of Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun’s engagement ceremony on “Our Gap Soon” have been released!

The stills show a smiling Gap Soon (Kim So Eun) in a white dress and a pretty flower crown, standing across an equally happy Gap Dol (Song Jae Rim), who is dressed in a dashing tux and bow tie. The many years of dating have paid off for the couple, as they face each other with hands clasped in front of them, happiness almost palpable through the photos.

Gap Soon and Gap Dol choose an engagement ceremony instead of an actual wedding, as part of their strategy to overcome their families’ objections. The couple plan to cohabit until they finally receive their families’ blessings. Their friend Dal Tong offers to look into restaurants for the engagement ceremony, but the thrifty Gap Soon decided to hold it at a snack bar instead.

The filming took place in an actual snack bar in Ilsan, and it was said that the unique venue had left a deep impression on both Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun. It may have been a shabby venue for an engagement, but it made an infinitely dearer memory for Gap Soon and Gap Dol as they worked together with their friends to decorate the place.

The production team said, “This is the second time that Gap Soon and Gap Dol are cohabiting, but it’s different because they are now more responsible and mature. It’s also a recent trend among the young people to have small weddings, so we hope that the couple’s decision will receive a lot of support from the viewers.”

“Our Gap Soon” airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8:45 p.m. KST.
