Watch: Lee Sung Kyung And Nam Joo Hyuk Cry Together At Final Shoot For "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo"

After the last episode of “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo” hit the air on January 11, the drama revealed a behind-the-scenes video of the last filming day.

The video shows Lee Sung Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk filming their college graduation scenes, as well as a sweet couple scene on a grassy field, where the two exchange adorable hugs and kisses.

After the final cut by the director, the director awards Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung appreciation awards called “MBC Drama Grand Prize,” making the two leads burst out in tears.

Leaving final comments for viewers, Nam Joo Hyuk says, “We did our best filming from late summer through January. Filming was really fun and it ended well, so I feel really great right now.”

He passed the mic to Lee Sung Kyung, who added, “‘Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo’ was loved by viewers, but working with all the staff…,” but had to hide behind Nam Joo Hyuk as she teared up. Nam Joo Hyuk finished her thought for her, saying, “…but being able to work with all the staff, we were so much happier.”

Lee Sung Kyung, recovered, went on: “We were happy, it was like family, and it was really fun. Because of that, I don’t want it to end, but I’ll cherish the memories I made here. Moreover, thank you to everyone that laughed and cried with us, and loved the show. We can really feel your love, and please remember [this drama] for a very long time. We love you too.”
