Watch: "Hwarang" To Introduce New Female Character In Upcoming Episode

Seo Ye Ji will be making her first appearance in “Hwarang” in the upcoming January 16 episode!

The actress plays Princess Sook Myung, daughter of Queen Ji So (Kim Ji Soo). Her mother’s neglect since she was young caused her cold personality, but she will come to learn warmth as she interacts with Aro (Go Ara) and the rest of the hwarang warriors.

As with the other “Hwarang” characters, Princess Sook Myung will be a character who is unafraid to fight against her pre-ordained fate, making her another worthy one to watch.

Last week, the preview for episode nine showed Princess Sook Myung entering the palace as the bride-to-be of King Jinheung (Park Hyung Sik). Viewers are eagerly waiting to see how her addition to the story will pan out, and what sort of changes it will bring to the dynamics between the characters, especially between King Jinheung, Queen Ji So, and Aro.
