Jung Woo Sung Praises Nam Ji Hyun As "A Person Who Has Big Dreams About Acting"
Actor Jung Woo Sung recently opened up about why he decided to bring in former 4Minute member Nam Ji Hyun to Artist Company, the agency he co-founded with fellow actor Lee Jung Jae.
In an interview for his new movie “The King,” Jung Woo Sung was asked about Nam Ji Hyun and he described her as, “A person who has big dreams about acting.”
He added, “She has a great passion for her work. This may be a great opportunity for her, but also a great deal of pressure. What will be important is how she overcomes that pressure.”
Nam Ji Hyun made her debut in 2009 as a member of girl group 4Minute. After the group disbanded, she joined Jung Woo Sung and Lee Jung Jae’s Artist Company to pursue an acting career.
She showed a desire to become an actress during her time in 4Minute, working on various productions like “It’s Alright, Daddy’s Daughter,” “A Thousand Kisses,” and “She is 200 Years Old.”
