Actor Lee Ki Woo's Father Passes Away

According to a source in the actor’s agency on January 19, actor Lee Ki Woo’s father passed away on January 18 due to a chronic illness.

The source explained, “Lee Ki Woo is in deep sorrow. We wanted to have good news but we are very sorry to relay this news ahead of Lunar New Year.”

Lee Ki Woo was scheduled to attend the Seoul Music Awards on January 19 but canceled all of his events to be by his father’s side at the wake.

His father’s mortuary will be located in the funeral hall at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, and the coffin will be borne out on January 21.
