Watch: Suzy Releases Beautifully Melancholy "Yes No Maybe" MV

miss A’s Suzy has now officially made her solo debut!

On January 24 at midnight KST, Suzy released her first solo mini album, entitled “Yes? No?”, as well as the music video for its title track, “Yes No Maybe,” which was written by JYP Entertainment founder Park Jin Young.

The music video features a a hazy, melancholy aesthetic inspired by films such as Wong Kar Wai’s “Chungking Express,” and was even shot on location in Hong Kong to fit with the style.

Suzy’s mini album features six tracks in total, with Suzy writing the lyrics for two of the songs and co-composing one of them with Urban Zakapa’s Cho Hyun Ah. Her pre-release track “Pretend” came out on January 17, and has achieved great success on Korean music charts.
